COVID 19 PROTOCOL

​In order to adhere to the state of CA. orders to slow the spread of COVID19, please help us stay open and in compliance by considering the following:
  • Please maintain 6 feet of separation from other clients upon entering or exiting our office.
  • Please wash your hands before and after your session and avoid touching unnecessary items.
  • Our waiting room is currently closed. Please wait outside (cafe table or bench seating) or in your vehicle until the therapy room is available. We will open the door or text you to let you know when it is your turn.
  • Please limit your visit to one family member per visit, when possible. If another person must accompany you, they will not be able to stay in the waiting room at this time.
  • Please consider wearing a mask or face covering throughout your visit if it poses no threat to your health. Although we do not operate under the assumption that any person is ill or contagious, as an essential worker, your therapist will be wearing a mask to remain in compliance with State orders. We appreciate your understanding.
  • Please do not engage in any unnecessary physical contact. In order to prioritize the health and safety of ALL of our clients as well as this business, we will not be offering hugs at this time.
  • Know that we have missed you, and care for each of you deeply. Please be respectful to our team. We are doing our best to keep up with rapidly changing recommendations and protocols.
At this time we are :
  • Scheduling additional time between each appointment in order to properly clean and disinfect any and every surface that may or may not have been touched with hospital grade disinfectant.
  • Placing UV AIR PURIFICATION (proven to reduce virus transmission) in each treatment room.
  • Giving clients with memberships and packages priority on appointments times as we work to service all pre-paid sessions first.
  • Not seeing clients who have active symptoms of illness (fever, cough etc.) or have knowingly been exposed to a person with active symptoms. Please cancel at no charge if you become sick.
We believe that the human body is strong and capable, with proper care and nutrition, to fight and to heal from illness. This has always been our focus. We are incredibly honored to offer these therapies, which are more essential now than ever, for your wellbeing and that of our community. God Bless you.
